Of the three clinics I had been to, this was the one where one felt at-home. No sales manship. Genuine guidance. Frankly speaking, it’s the man behind the machine that matters. In this case it was Sara the doctor. Her sincerity, dedication was 10/10.

Aanvii Hearing is extremely responsive and helpful in tailoring the solutions, despite these difficult times. I will simply post my story here. My father, who is 87, has been a customer of Aanvi. Due to lockdown etc. He couldn’t visit the store. He had lost his hearing further and needed a change of solution. They did not know how to take care of this. I reached out over the phone, Mr. Ankit Shah immediately responded by agreeing to actually go to visit my parents in Nerul, and literally did everything he could do. While the device was being readied, they stayed in touch updating us on the status. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you

I discovered this outlet in Kothrud Pune near Shivaji Statue on the internet. Right from the first response to my enquiry I have experienced a very professional service. The first couple of communications were from head office but I see no difference in professionalism at head office and local outlet. The two days trial machines helped my mother, who is 78, to make a proper decision. She checked two variants before choosing the correct one for her and the audiologists Mohini very patiently helped her to do so. She showed a keen interest in her customer’s satisfaction giving enough time to choose.

An extremely clean center, well maintained, and spacious (at the time of writing this review). The neatness and hygiene is apparent immediately. It is managed very well by Ms. Swati of the front office, who also schedules appointments and handles customer billing and spares replenishment with extreme professionalism. The highly qualified audiologist, Ms. Rajashree K., is probably one of the best I have come across. She knows her field very well, has a huge amount of patience and cares for her patients well-being, like few I have known. Her knowledge is up-to-date, and she is able to answer queries that put the patient at ease, a much required trait in this line of work. Together the two make a great team that Aanvi should be proud to have on their side.

My father has hearing loss and was not able to communicate in one to one, group n were also keeping Tv volume very loud , but now both the problems are solved after wearing the rightly suggested hearing aid given by the Doctor. He is very happy n looking at him makes us feel happy thank u to the team aanvii who has made this possible , very genuine n nice people n also the rates are reasonable compared to others so we are very happy with service and product provided by them

I had tried all types of hearing aids for my mother (aged 82 yrs) . It wasn’t so great till now, Then I tried hear.com who referred to Aanvii Hearing solutions accordingly Audiologist Ms. Priya contacted us and arranged for home testing for my mother . She came out to my home and did the test, was very patient, listened to all the problems faced with the existing aids, explained the features of new Signa nx and offered a home trial for 3 days. I could notice the difference when my mother started to use Signa nx she was happy with the reduction of external harsh sound and the increased clarity of voice. We are grateful to the audiologist for their professional assistance and the features /backup /warranty offered for the purchased model.

I came to know of Aanvi Hearing Inc through an online source. I contacted Mr. Dheeraj from Hear.com. He was promptly guiding me to schedule the appointment with Aanvii. (Mogappair) Both Mr. Dheeraj and the staff at Aanvi co-ordinated and made the consultation a very good experience. This consultation was actually for my grandmother . She had age related hearing loss. Nithya Madam at Aanvi was very approachable and very friendly with my grandma. She made grandma feel comfortable during the audiogram test.She patiently explained the cause of hearing loss and cleared all our doubts one by one. She also suggested good hearing aid models which were both affordable and compliant . Trust me. These guys are the best in business. Each and every aspect of the proposed care was explained well to us. We were very satisfied with their methods. Rajitha madam made sure we were on time to the consultation and gave us reminders when we received the hearing aids. Very professional and caring towards the elders.
